Onsite conference registration (badges, meal tickets, parking passes, etc.) will be open Sunday 3-6 pm near the lodging registration area (the red pin in the map) in Building 1. That building’s position at the top of the U-shaped driveway makes it seem as though it ought to be the main administration office, and so it is. A welcoming reception with light hors d’oevures and wine will be held 4-6 pm Sunday in this area.
On Monday morning, conference registration will move to the vicinity of the Joseph Wood Krutch Theatre, the site of our opening plenaries. Parking passes will be in your conference registration packet at that time.

Arriving After Hours? The registration desk for Clark Kerr Campus lodging is normally staffed 7 am – 11 pm. There is a conference clerk on call for off-hours arrivals. You can use the call box (located to the right of the entrance to the lobby) to call the clerk, who will meet you for check-in.
Parking: If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday, park temporarily in the spaces near the Clark Kerr Campus offices at the top of the U-shaped driveway. Your parking pass will be in your registration packet. Then move to the Southwest Parking Lot (the P on the map) and display the pass on the dashboard.
If you arrive Monday, park in the Southwest Parking Lot from the outset. Your parking pass will be issued at the conference registration desk near the Joseph Wood Krutch Auditorium. After registering, return to your car and display the parking pass on the dashboard.
